5 unforgettable days in Motherland ARMENIA with fellow believers, united by the love of Christ.
From the July 5-10, 2023 the Pan-Armenian Youth Pilgrimage to Armenia will take place. The pilgrimage is organized by Armenian Church Youth Organization – ACYO (Youth Organization of the Armenian Church - JOAK) in cooperation with the worldwide youth organizations of the dioceses of the Armenian Churches and with the blessing of His Holiness Garegin II, Catholicos of All Armenians.
Young people between the ages of 18 and 30 have a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded people from all over the world. You will make a pilgrimage through Armenia, visiting the local shrines and the mother church of Surb Etchmiadzin. In addition to pilgrims and encounters, there are also two educational days. In workshops, seminars and lecture evenings, young people have the opportunity to acquire new knowledge. They can then use their experience and newly acquired skills in their home diocese and town to inspire other young people for the youth work of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
The participation fee without flight costs is 600 euros and includes all costs in Armenia (transfer to the hotel, accommodation, meals, workshops, excursions, transfer to the airport).

Youth Organization of the Armenian Church – JOAK
The founding of the World Youth Federation of the Armenian Church dates back to the establishment of the youth office in 2001 on the occasion of the 1700th anniversary of the proclamation of Christianity as the state religion in Armenia. The youth office was then established with the blessing of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians. Archbishop Hovnan Terterian was then appointed head of the youth office.
With the blessing of His Holiness, the Youth Office of the Armenian Apostolic Church was established in 2007 at 19a Koryun Street, Yerevan. The organization was originally named “World Youth Organization of the Armenian Church” and later renamed “Youth Organization of the Armenian Church – JOAK”.
