With the blessing of the Primate of the Diocese, HE Bishop Serovpé Isakhanyan, and by decision of the Diocesan Delegates Assembly 2022, a committee (members: Birgül Cakmak, Dr. Nayat Lübke, Ilda Degirmenci, Lilit Kärcher-Sargsyan, Manuel Kiren, Sarmen Yeghiazaryan and Rev. Dr Diradur Sardaryan (advisers: Marina Poghosyan and Artur Yavruyan) with the mandate to prepare the 2023 Diocesan Delegates Assembly. The committee shall develop strategies to increase the effectiveness of the work of the diocesan assembly of delegates.

"As an Armenian community in Germany, we face many challenges, especially when it comes to preserving our faith and our own culture and traditions while promoting the cohesion of our community. The Armenian Apostolic Church plays an important role in maintaining our identity. In order for our church to continue to fulfill this task, we need the support of the Armenian Apostolic Christians, our parishioners. This enables us to better assess the situation and develop strategies for the future“ – said Pastor Dr. Diradur Sardaryan, who chairs the committee on behalf of the Primate.

The committee has prepared a survey in German and Armenian and asks members of the Armenian Church in Germany to take a few minutes to answer the questions. "Your answers are extremely important and will help us find solutions to strengthen Armenian community life in Germany” – said Marina Poghosyan, adviser to the committee.
