29 եւ 30 հոկտեմբեր 2022 շաբաթավերջին, առաջնորդարանի ներքոյ ներքոյ քէօլն, տեղի գերմանիոյ հայոց թեմական հերթական հերթական `գերմանիոյ հայոց թեմի գերշ. Այնուհետեւ սրբազան բացման աղօթքով թեմական-պատգամաւորական ժողովը։ Թպժ-ի արդիւնաւէտւութեան առնչութեամբ որպէս կազմուեցաւ կազմուեցաւ աշխատանքային խումբ խումբ, որ մինչեւ տարուան առաջարկութիւններու առաջարկութիւններու առաջարկութիւններու փաթեթ է առաջնորդ առաջնորդ առաջնորդ սրբազան սրբազան

Այնուհետեւ թպժ-ի նիստին սրբազան հօր հրաւէրով մասնակցեցաւ գերմանիոյ հայաստանի հանրապետութեան պարոն պարոն վիկտոր։։ Սերովբէ բարի գալուստ մաղթելով դեսպանին իր արտայայտեց արտայայտեց, որ ինչպէս ինչպէս ջերմ եւ սիրալիր սիրալիր յարաբերութիւններ առաջնորդարանի եւ եւ դեսպանութեան Բարի գալստեան խօսքի սրբազանը դեսպանին ներկայացուց թեմական եւ համայնքային ու կազմութեան եւ եւ ընտրութեան։ Դեսպան ողջունելով բոլորին ՝ յայտնեց համար եւ իր ուրախութիւնն թպժ ին ներկայ համար եւ եւ ընդգծեց դեսպանութեան պատրաստակամութիւնը գերմանահայ գերմանահայ գերմանահայ միւս կառոյցներու հզօրացումն հզօրացումն ու ու փոխադարձ փոխադարձ Այնուհետեւ ան պատասխանեց ներկաներու հարցումներուն։

On the weekend of 29./30. October 2022, the ordinary Diocesan Delegates Assembly (DDV) took place in the premises of the diocese in Cologne, under the honorary chairmanship of the primate and the direction of Prof. Dr. Hacik Gazer instead. Around 30 delegates from the 16 diocesan parishes and the 6 clergymen of the diocese took part in the DDV.

The meeting was opened by the bishop with a prayer and a spiritual impulse. The participants then prayed for the peace of mind of the President of the Diocesan Advisory Council, Mrs. Sossy Scheier-Altibarmakian, who recently passed away in the Lord.

At the two-day meeting, the annual balance of the diocese for 2021 was presented and the delegates discussed in detail various issues and concerns of the diocese and communities. The community leaders and delegates had the opportunity to present the activities of their communities and to address their problems and concerns. Particular focal points of the assembly were pastoral work, the youth work of the diocese and the Armenian-Christian upbringing of the children. Other important topics were increasing the efficiency of the DDV and the relationships and cooperation with other Armenian organizations and the Embassy of Armenia in Germany.

The second day of the DDV, Sunday, began with a morning service "Arewagal" in the diocesan church. Following this, a funeral mass was held for the fallen soldiers and civilian victims of the Artsakh defensive war. Finally, Pastor Hratsch Biliciyan addressed the Gospel of the day with a spiritual word.

The second session was also opened with a prayer from the primate. The first topic was increasing the efficiency of the DDV. After consultation, a committee was formed for this purpose, which is to submit proposals to the primate by February 2023.

The next item on the agenda was the election of a new member to the diocesan advisory board to fill the vacancy due to the death of Ms. Scheier. By secret ballot, Mr. Norayr Boyacian was elected to the Diocesan Council.

The last two items on the agenda of the DDV were devoted to the diocese's relations with other Armenian organizations in Germany and with the Armenian Embassy. The Chairman of the Central Council of Armenians, Jonathan Spangenberg, took part in the first part of this TOP. The importance and necessity of cooperation between the two institutions was expressly emphasized.

At the invitation of the Primate, the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia, HE Viktor Yengibaryan, attended the final item on the agenda. Bishop Serovpé welcomed the ambassador and expressed his delight at the good cooperation between the diocese and the embassy, both now and in the past. He introduced the ambassador to the diocesan and parish structures and the election procedures. Ambassador Yengibaryan, for his part, welcomed the assembly of delegates and thanked them for the invitation. He underlined the embassy's willingness to continue good cooperation with the diocese and other Armenian organizations. Finally he answered the questions of the DDV participants.

The DDV ended with the closing speech by the Chairman of the Presidium, Prof. Dr. Gazer and the blessing and prayer of the primate as well as the Lord's prayer spoken together.
